A1: Yes,we can supply samples,the leadtime for samples is 7-10 days.and buyer pay for sample cost and shipping cost.

A2: Yes,the warranty is 3 years, if any quality problems on our side in this period, we can send new one as replacement.

A5: General speaking, about 25-30 days depending on different items after getting down payment and confirmation about the samples.

A6: All of our battery cells with Grade A,100% new and real capacity.

Q7: What kind of certificates do you have?
A7: We can provide CE, ROHS, FCC, IEC62133, MSDS, UN38.3 if your order quantity is big.
